Crafting the perfect wedding day is an evolutionary process that involves at least 250+ hours of research, planning, phone calls, appointments, selecting, bookings, confirming, executing.

We are well connected in the industry and only deal with elite suppliers to serve you and ensure your day is successful, memorable and fun.

We take care of all the details, provide you with supplier options that meet your specific requirements, keep you informed with regular briefings to ensure you are able to make the best decisions and be in control without dealing with the stress.

At Vogue Weddings and Events, we specialize in planning and coordinating your day from start to finish so you can sit back and enjoy your day with your guests.

You will be assigned your very own event manager who will be with you from planning through to the execution so you always have a single point of contact and feel safe and confident.

Our Complete Management fee starts from $12,500 + gst, this rate is exclusive of any actual styling elements.

This includes but not limited to:

  • Unlimited consultations
  • Concept design with a written and visual proposal of your day
  • Sourcing and/or custom build all elements required as per your designed approved concept (ie furniture, linen, signage, installations etc..)
  • Detailed timeline from initial meeting to the wedding date
  • Supplier recommendations according to your brief
  • To scale floorplans
  • Financial management including an itemised summary of expenditure, freeing you from all administrative tasks associated with payments and reconciliation of accounts
  • Ongoing support and guidance throughout the planning process
  • Prepare and manage critical path for all parties involved including an event schedule
  • Supplier liaison and coordination to ensure a smooth realisation of your designed concept - both on and off site, during and post event
  • On the day management of suppliers and timings
  • Regular reporting to keep you informed on all aspects of the event
  • On the day set-up and after event pack down
