Event Styling and Design

We style and design all types of events from private parties to Weddings and Corporate functions so whatever style or theme you may have in mind, our styling services will ensure to creating environments that will excite and engage your guests.

We will brainstorm ideas with you to designing your event, coordinating all the styling elements and executing it on the day to delivering memorable experiences that truly reflects your style, personality and or brand.
Our styling design fee starts from $7,500 + gst, this rate is exclusive of actual styling elements.

This includes but not limited to:
• Concept design with a written and visual proposal of your day
• Sourcing and/or custom build all elements required as per your designed approved concept (ie furniture, linen, signage, installations etc..)
• To scale floor plans
• Financial management with an itemised summary of expenditure
• Supplier liaison and coordination to ensure a smooth realisation of your designed concept
• On the day set-up and after event pack down

Although we don't dictate your budget, we do recommend you allocating a minimum of $15,000 towards your styling elements and understand that this value is subject to your venue and vision.

Complete Management

Crafting the perfect day is an evolutionary process that involves at least 250+ hours of research, planning, phone calls, appointments, selecting, bookings, confirming, executing.

We are well connected in the industry and only deal with elite suppliers to serve you and ensure your day is successful, memorable and fun. We take care of all the details, provide you with supplier options that meet your specific requirements, keep you informed with regular briefings to ensure you are able to make the best decisions and be in control without dealing with the stress.
At Vogue Weddings and Events, we specialize in planning and coordinating your day from start to finish so you can sit back and enjoy your day with your guests.

You will be assigned your very own event manager who will be with you from planning through to the execution so you always have a single point of contact and feel safe and confident.

Our Complete Management fee starts from $12,500 + gst, this rate is exclusive of any actual styling elements.

This includes but not limited to:
• Unlimited consultations
• Concept design with a written and visual proposal of your day
• Sourcing and/or custom build all elements required as per your designed approved concept (ie furniture, linen, signage, installations etc..)
• Detailed timeline from initial meeting to the wedding date
• Supplier recommendations according to your brief
• To scale floor plans
• Financial management including an itemised summary of expenditure, freeing you from all administrative tasks associated with payments and reconciliation of accounts
• Ongoing support and guidance throughout the planning process
• Prepare and manage critical path for all parties involved including an event schedule
• Supplier liaison and coordination to ensure a smooth realisation of your designed concept - both on and off site, during and post event
• On the day management of suppliers and timings
• Regular reporting to keep you informed on all aspects of the event
• On the day set-up and after event pack down

On the day Management

You have personally planned every detail of your event but want to ensure all your planning efforts come to fruition seamlessly. We will work with you 4-6 weeks before your function to understand your vision, work with your selected suppliers and be present on the day to ensure every detail is executed so you can just sit back & enjoy with your guests.

Flower Service

Our in house team of creative are not only florist but also designers in one so you’ll get the benefits of both. We will work with you to select your colour palette to ensure it matches with all elements you have already selected and create a photo mood board for all your floral needs from your bridal flowers to your ceremony and reception.

Our talented team will pick the finest stock and arrange fresh on the day so design and quality is controlled and guaranteed, we will even return at the end of the evening to pack it all down.
